Amazon manages FEONAL purchases and return processing. This page summarizes the standard 30-day return process.

Return window. Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. The rules shown in your Amazon order take priority if they differ.

Return eligibility

A return should be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, the product should be unused, in resalable condition and returned with the original packaging, tablet, cable, power adapter, guide and any other included components.

Start a return through Amazon

  1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for the purchase.
  2. Open Your Orders and locate the FEONAL product.
  3. Select the return or replacement option shown for the order.
  4. Choose the most accurate reason and follow the packing and drop-off instructions.

Amazon provides the applicable return label, shipping method and tracking details. Do not mail a product to FEONAL without an authorized return instruction.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If the tablet arrives damaged, does not operate correctly or differs from the item ordered, report the issue through Amazon as soon as possible. Keep the product and packaging available while the request is reviewed. Photos may help document transit damage or an incorrect shipment.

Refund timing

Once a return is approved and the item is received or otherwise confirmed by Amazon, refund processing generally begins within one to two business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Return condition

Products returned with missing components, avoidable damage, altered software or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection may receive a reduced refund or may not qualify, subject to Amazon policy and applicable law.

Data and account removal

Before returning a tablet, back up personal files, remove any memory card, sign out of accounts and perform a factory reset. FEONAL and Amazon are not responsible for personal data left on a returned device.

Warranty requests after 30 days

If the return period has ended and you believe the tablet has a manufacturing defect, review the one-year limited warranty and contact FEONAL through the Amazon order messaging system.
