What the limited warranty covers
For one year from the original purchase date, FEONAL warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in accordance with the supplied instructions. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, cosmetic wear, liquid exposure, loss, theft, damage from incompatible accessories, or problems caused by software or services not supplied by FEONAL. Consumable items and normal battery capacity reduction are excluded unless applicable law requires otherwise.
How to make a claim
- Open your Amazon account and go to Your Orders.
- Find the FEONAL purchase and use the available seller contact or support option.
- Describe the issue and include the order number, purchase date and relevant photos or video.
- Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions provided by the support team.
Do not send a product without authorization. If a return is required, pack the device and all requested components securely and follow the provided shipping instructions.
Available remedies
After FEONAL confirms an eligible claim, the available remedy may be repair, replacement with the same or a comparable product, or another remedy required by applicable law. The selected remedy depends on the issue, product availability and local consumer protection rules.
Lifetime technical assistance
Technical assistance for setup and normal operation remains available beyond the limited warranty period. This service does not extend the one-year hardware warranty and does not include replacement parts or repairs after warranty expiration.
Five-year tablet commitment
Our five-year tablet commitment reflects continued customer care and technical guidance for FEONAL tablet owners. It is a service commitment rather than an extension of the limited hardware warranty.
Your legal rights
This warranty gives you specific rights. You may have additional rights under the laws where you live, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
